This Close! is an Americana roots rock and roll quartet from the Santa Cruz Mountains. Formed from local bands since the late ’90s, the group brings together Pete Catizone and Rob Jenkins of Something Else, Jim Anderson of Acoustic Shadows and The Redwood Boogie Band, and Michael Demers of the Cabrillo Choir.
They blend roadhouse rock and roll with country, folk, and a little Swampers-style funk into an acoustic-electric sound made for good times and good company.
